果皮蒸黃腳鱲:English Recipe⏬⏬

材料:
黃腳鱲1條
果皮2片
蔥1條
芫荽1棵
辣椒仔1隻

處理:
1. 果皮,清水浸軟。
2. 黃腳鱲,魚身及魚卵,用清水,輕手小心洗淨,擎乾水。
3. 果皮,切絲,放魚身上。

烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸10~12分鐘。
3. 已蒸了10分鐘,完成。
4. 倒去碟上水分。
5. 放上已切好的蔥、芫荽及辣椒仔。
6. 燒熱油1湯匙,淋在魚身上。
7. 在魚身兩邊加入生抽。
8. 完成,可享用。

Steam yellowfin seabream with dried orange peel:

Ingredients:
Yellowfin seabream 1 No.
Dried orange peel 2 slices
Green onion 1 No.
Coriander 1 No.
Red chili 1 No.

Preparation:
1. Dried orange peel, soak in tap water.
2. Yellowfin seabream, rinse its body and its eggs lightly. Hang dry.
3. Dried orange peel, get it shredded, put on fish.

Steps:
1. Boil up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the fish at high flame for 10~12 minutes.
3. Fish has been steamed for 10 minutes. Complete.
4. Pour away water on plate.
5. Put the cut green onion, coriander and chili on top of fish.
6. Heat up 1 tbsp oil in wok. Pour on fish.
7. Pour light soya sauce on both sides of fish.
8. Complete. Serve.
